Walk every metric spec for this user that has a non-empty cross_source_checks list, resolve each one and its comparison, and return ONLY the specs where the two values disagree beyond tolerance_percent. The 'what's silently disagreeing in my numbers' dashboard. Returns an empty list when everything is within tolerance — that's the green signal, not an error.
