Marks one guest request on a wedding or other personal event the caller hosts as handled, which takes it off the hosts' open list (event_guest_requests). Needs a personal connector token, `eventIdOrName` and `requestId`, the `id` of a row event_guest_requests returned. It records who marked it and when, messages nobody and changes nothing on the event. A request already marked handled stays handled and the reply says already. Only the hosts can mark one; an id that is not a request on this event is refused with NO_SUCH_REQUEST. Returns ok, the request `id`, `handled` and `already`.
