The FARA register joined to lobbying: firms and companies paid to represent a foreign government inside the United States, and what they ask Congress for. Pass country= for one country's agents, bill= for the foreign interests that lobbied a bill, or nothing for the country leaderboard. Answers "who lobbies for Saudi Arabia", "which foreign governments touched HR1234", "which countries buy the most access". Returns two tiers: DIRECT, where the lobbying client IS the registered foreign principal and bills are named, and SHARED_FIRM, where one firm holds a foreign registration and separate domestic clients — context, never a claim about those clients. FARA discloses relationships and dates, not amounts.
