N9T2 routes established transaction types to their existing validators/builders and supports additional XRPL models including Clawback, DID, OracleSet/OracleDelete, TicketCreate, NFTokenModify, and XChain operations. Omit sequence, fee, and last_ledger_sequence to autofill them. N9T2 never receives private keys, seeds, or wallet secrets and never signs transactions server-side.
