When to use: you need the complete text and have checked chapter_count/word_count via cyberlibrary_book_meta, or you specifically want the book-level summary block. Do not use: for long books where you only need part of the text - prefer cyberlibrary_get_toc + cyberlibrary_get_chapter, which is far cheaper. Returns: {chars_total, chars_returned, truncated, markdown, markdown_url}.
