Full-text search inside SEC filings: the words a company itself wrote in its 10-K and 10-Q (business, properties, risk factors, MD&A), 20-F, and 8-K filings with their press releases. Returns the matching passage, company, form, filing date, section and a link to the exact filing on EDGAR. Use it for questions like "which banks mention contact centers in their 10-K", "did Verizon talk about headcount this year", "who is opening a new facility", or to search only the user's watchlist. Plain phrases match as a whole phrase plus common synonyms (contact center also finds call center). Put words in quotes, use OR, or a leading minus for exact control. Public companies only; covers the last 12 months.
