First-party business summary for a ticker from its SEC annual report (10-K Item 1; 20-F Item 4 for a foreign private issuer): a curated, verifier-gated overview of what the company does. Returns `summary` (a one-line status line, NOT the content), `available`, `business_summary` (prose truncated at ~2400 chars), `short_summary`, and provenance (source_form, source_period, source_url, generated_at). available=false means the store answered with no verified row and the provenance keys are ABSENT; an unreachable store is REFUSED (DATA_UNAVAILABLE). Rows generated before 2026-09-13 carry '10-K' and an empty `source_period` regardless of filer until Oxford Ledge re-stamps their provenance.
