Do not use this when this is a combined official holiday-class calendar, not a universal private-employer closure rule. Public, bank and mercantile classifications remain in each event kind; the March 18, March 25 and April 1 fuel-conservation entries apply to government offices only and the schedule was cancelled effective April 8. The additional day after the National Vesak Festival is not invented beyond the published May 2 calendar entry. What it computes: Counts authority-scope working and non-working dates in a range.
