Speak written words out loud in an ElevenLabs voice and save the audio to your library. Give it the words and the voice (a voice name, or a voice id from list_voices). Choose the model with quality: "fast" (the default, quick and cheap) or "best" (the richest, most emotional read), or name one yourself with model: v4, turbo, v3, conversational, multilingual or flash. How much text one take holds is set by the model you pick: v4 and multilingual 10,000 letters, v3 5,000, flash 40,000, and turbo has no stated limit. You can set stability and similarity (0 to 1) on every model, and style, speed (0.7 to 1.2) and speaker_boost on every model except v4 and v4 turbo, which take stability and similarity only. Billed per 250 characters of text, so a 500-character script costs two units. The answer carries the time in seconds that every single word starts and ends, which is what you use to cut on the beat, place captions or time a picture to a word.
