Get a presigned download URL for a media item's stored SOURCE file — the bytes CueFrame composes from (the raw upload, or its conformed transcode). This is how you copy media OUT of a library: fetch the URL directly (no auth header) and PUT the bytes elsewhere with create_upload, or hand it to import_media on another account. Works as soon as the upload or import is stored, before processing completes. The URL expires at `expiresAt` (about an hour) — call again for a fresh one rather than caching it. Read-only and free; nothing is persisted. For a render's MP4 use refresh_render_url instead.
