Use this when an owner wants booking and ask notices for a place sent somewhere else, for example "text my bookings to my phone". send_to is an email, or a phone that gets them as texts; one at a time, as in the console. An empty send_to sends them to the account's own phone or email. Read it back to the owner first, and set confirmation to true only after they said yes. The phone is never shown on the place's page. It needs a connected Phorme account that owns the place.
