READ-ONLY. Account Health of ONE seller account on ONE marketplace (outpost), read from Amazon's official seller performance report (GET_V2_SELLER_PERFORMANCE_REPORT, same data as Seller Central → Account Health): seller account status (NORMAL/AT_RISK/DEACTIVATED), Account Health Rating status (GREAT/WARNED — Amazon does NOT expose the 0-1000 numeric score via API), each metric with value %, Amazon target and verdict ok/attenzione/a_rischio (Order Defect Rate MFN and FBA with A-to-z claims/chargebacks/negative feedback, late shipment rate, pre-fulfillment cancel rate, valid tracking rate, on-time delivery, invoice defect rate), policy violations with counts (listing policy, IP complaints received/suspected, product authenticity/condition/safety complaints, restricted products, food & product safety, other, document requests) and Amazon warnings. Read performance.summary and performance.problems first. Answer Account Health questions with THIS tool: do NOT ask the user for Seller Central screenshots. Counts only, no per-ASIN violation detail (that stays in Seller Central; for listing-level issues use get_listing_issues/list_inactive_listings). The report is cached ~6h (Amazon refreshes it a few times a day); refresh:true forces a new request. If performance.status is IN_PROGRESS, call again after retry_after_seconds (it resumes the same report). Vendor Central outposts have no Account Health: the tool says so. If the report is unavailable it falls back to an order-based ESTIMATE (estimated_metrics), which is not Amazon's official metric. No order-level or customer data.
