Lists immutable recipe coordinates in this workspace, optionally for one table_id from get_my_dataset. current_only defaults to true; false includes older revisions. Returns {recipes: [{recipe_id, recipe_digest, dataset_id, table_id, is_current}], next_cursor}. Follow next_cursor until null, even for an empty page: the cursor tracks scanned revisions. Costs nothing, writes nothing and starts no run. Next: get_recipe with a returned recipe_id to inspect the actual document before editing it.
