The user's Substack subscribers, as the contacts they were imported into: name, email, plan (free, paid, founding, comp, gift), status (active, inactive, lapsed) and when they subscribed. Reads the last import, so it is fast. `status` defaults to active; pass 'lapsed' for who dropped off the latest export, or 'any'. `plan` narrows to one plan. If it reports nothing imported, point the user at /user/integrations/substack rather than guessing.
