This tool converts an entered property asking-price amount across GBP/EUR/USD/TRY when complete, valid, fresh, date-stamped stored FX rates are available; otherwise it fails closed without amounts. It does not produce a payment plan, deposit schedule, installment schedule, acquisition-cost estimate, or advice.
