Calcule les droits de mutation (DMTO), émoluments du notaire (barème dégressif réglementé), contribution de sécurité immobilière et débours. Distingue ancien (7-8 %) et neuf (2-3 %). Si le département est précisé, applique le taux DMTO exact (normal 5,81 % ou majoré 6,32 % selon le département, LF 2025). Sans département, affiche les deux hypothèses. Accepte un code département, un code postal ou un numéro de département.
