Evaluates chain method policies (methods.allow and methods.deny from /v1/chains) and pricing rules from /v1/plans. Use this tool to check if a specific method can be invoked on a target chain. For the full system-wide pricing schedule and rate card, use get_pricing instead. For calculating projected bills for expected call volumes across methods, use estimate_usage instead.
