Use this when someone asks what was said on a company's earnings call or other investor call: guidance, answers to analysts, comments on a topic. Give it the call's id or 6ix.com link from get_company_earnings_calls or get_earnings_calendar, and optionally words to find. Returns the call's text with times, and speaker names where 6ix has them, one part at a time (ask for part 2 and on to read the rest), or the passages that mention the words, 8 at a time, closest matches first, with how many there are (pass nextCursor as cursor for more; part 2 and on narrows the search to that part).
