Every item is audio_verified with an exact opening, grounded idea, and later exact payoff. content_arc_receipt binds those fields to the same request, media, and transcript. first_audible_speech and leading_segments preserve earlier speech with the exact caveat. New calls are exact-only; exact retained pre-strict terminals may replay legacy results. The default runtime returns unsupported_cell without dispatch or charge until approved. Errors: unauthorized, invalid_request, idempotency_conflict, and rate_limited.
