Write the text for one of four requests, in en, ko, ja or zh: price_guarantee (claim to the booking site for the difference), date_change, goodwill_refund (for a non-refundable booking, with a reason) or checkin_request (upgrade, late check-out or breakfast, citing the lower price) to the hotel. Returns a short message for a chat or claim form and a full letter. The confirmation number and guest name are not accepted; they appear as placeholders in the text. With tracking_id, HotelRefund's recorded Agoda prices for the same dates are added to price_guarantee and checkin_request letters. The same letter can be saved as a PDF at refund_report_url.
