Edit a custom source tag: rename it, add URL patterns, or remove exact patterns returned by the source-tag listing tool. Other patterns and color stay unchanged. Read the source-tag listing tool first and supply the tag's current revision in the expected-revision input. Obtain explicit user confirmation of the name and pattern changes before calling; do not apply a recommendation without permission. MCP executes immediately after authorization; Athena AI chat presents an approval card. If the tag changed, read again and obtain approval for a fresh edit. Never retry a declined proposal unless the user requests it. Up to 500 additions and 500 removals. A false analytics-refresh result means the tag saved but filtered analytics may still be cached.
