Only final outcomes are drawn; not-found or unvalidated transactions are not charged. Useful for showing a person proof that a payment arrived. Price about $0.02 per call via x402 (USDC on Base, or XRP / RLUSD on the XRP Ledger). Without a payment the tool returns the x402 payment requirements; bad input and ledger outages are never charged.
