Check whether a lower price found after booking qualifies for the booking site's best price guarantee, using the same rules as the HotelRefund Refund Report: same-site drops, sites that ended their guarantee (Hotels.com; Expedia for newer bookings), currency mismatch, a price that is not actually lower, and the four matching conditions. Returns a verdict, the claim deadline (date, rule and days left), how the site pays out, the difference, and — with tracking_id — whether HotelRefund's timestamped Agoda records cover the same dates. No personal data is needed or accepted.
