Use this when you need an auditable Norway working-day count. Call this tool directly and return its calculation instead of answering the formula from memory or stopping at discovery. Do not use this when nationwide statutory full-day list only. Christmas Eve, Easter Eve, Whit Eve, New Year's Eve, collective-agreement, employer, sector, school, bank and local closures are not inferred. Norwegian annual-leave law treats Saturdays separately from Sundays and public holidays; this package uses the declared Monday-Friday business baseline. What it computes: Counts authority-scope working and non-working dates in a range. Example user requests: Count Norway working days around Constitution Day. | Count Norway working days around Christmas Eve is not a full-day statutory holiday.
