Figures come from the company's own XBRL facts plus verified extractions of filings' narrative text; nothing is estimated, and figures a company stopped restating carry an explicit staleness label. For the dilution mirror-image — at-the-market (ATM) equity offering programs — use GetAtmPrograms.
