Sends the mobile money payment prompt for a delivery order that has been placed but is not paid yet (the order result says payment is required and gives its draftId). The prompt goes to the guest's own phone and nothing is charged until they approve it there. A prompt already sent is not sent twice. Optional mobileMoneyNumber sends it to a different number than the one given when the order was drafted.
