Company profile, latest accounts (or all years via sections), last 8 EMTA quarters (state taxes net of refunds; labour taxes include income/social tax and pension/unemployment contributions, a separate measure), current tax debt (with payment-schedule end date when present), commercial-pledge summary, aid, licences, announcements, legal-entity owners (including foreign legal entities, never natural persons), majority-foreign flag, and similar companies. Optional as_buyer adds legal-entity buying: distinct procedures, observed lots, ceilings by year, top single-winner suppliers and known-denominator single-tender share; registered seat is not delivery location, ceilings are not spend, concentration is descriptive. Old snapshots return null. Sources retain freshness clock types where available. Use company_procurement for the paginated award list. Use check_counterparty when the question is only status, tax debt, a missing report, or insolvency. Use search_companies when you only have a name. Use watch_companies for typed changes across many codes.
