(needs account token) Returns a payment link to register a domain and put it on one of the account's sites. The account holder opens and pays the link on a Stripe payment page, which also asks for the domain owner's name, address and phone. After payment the domain is registered here and the site goes live on it with HTTPS and no DNS settings. For a site that is not on the account yet, the claim happens first. Does not charge a card.
