Answers '龙虎榜', 'dragon tiger list for a date', 'which stocks were on the billboard on 2026-09-24', '机构净买入', 'institution seat net buys', 'top active brokerage seats'. Each listed stock has the reason it was flagged (EXPLANATION, e.g. daily move ≥7%), close price, change %, and billboard buy/sell/net amounts in CNY; stocks that also had institutional-seat activity that day carry institution_net_buy_cny/institution_buy_seats/institution_sell_seats.
