For MORE than the canonical three assets use tollbridge_blotter (comma-separated assets). Each clock carries {question_id, asset, question_label, decision_id, predicted, horizon_end}. An empty list is DATA (nothing in flight), not an error; a degraded upstream is a typed refusal, never an invented row. This tool never asks (no credits are spent): sleep until the soonest horizon_end, re-read, and only ask via tollbridge_decision once the question is terminal. No payment required.
