intake_get_email
shallowcom.youspot/youspot · Verify this server
Read one internal email that arrived at tickets@, by the intake_id named in the triggering event. Returns who wrote it, the subject, the body with quoted history removed (a forwarded message keeps the forwarded part, which is the evidence), attachment links already stored in Linear, how it arrived, and earlier emails from the same person in the last 30 days with what became of them. `arrived_as` tells you whether the noise gate applies: a message sent to the tickets address directly is always a ticket request; a copy from the team group may be a heads-up or noise.
