Use when an agent needs liquidation pressure as it happens. Returns 5-second buckets per symbol of long and short USD liquidated across venues, the dominant side and pressure against the symbol's own baseline, from a gap-free cursor. Calls are paced per caller: one every 5 seconds (one bucket) for an x402 payer or a prepaid pack key, one every 10 seconds for a pass key, except while an answer says has_more; a call that comes too early is a 429 with Retry-After and is never billed. Costs 0.001 USDC per call (x402, USDC on Solana, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum or Arc).
