Start a process in a rikma: a named thread with its own conversation, for something that is not yet a mission or a resource - approaching an organisation, preparing a launch, chasing funding. The description becomes the first message, so a half-formed idea can be written in plain words and take shape later: as it becomes concrete, the open missions and resources it needs are created in the normal way and attached with attachToProcess.
