When requested, quarterly includes: eight quarters of EMTA declared turnover (including applicable reverse-charge purchases), reported employee counts, labour taxes (never wages), matched-cohort annual changes, coverage and suppression by legal-form group. Fixed 12-quarter complete-reporting cohort, current geography/classifier; small cells excluded from every total. Old snapshots return an empty block. Sources retain licence/attribution; 8 KB trimming carries truncated and *_total. Report-coverage cohorts label absence as "not in our data as of <date>" (fixed FY2024/2025, R-status OÜs registered before 2023, 12-31 year end; ingestion guard, small-cell suppression, not a non-filing claim; absent on old snapshots). Sector medians, percentiles, and company counts for one EMTAK 2025 code (aggregate, not a directory; no 50-division cap). licence_prevalence counts distinct active legal entities observed in MTR, not a list of legal requirements or proof of compliance; denominator is the current sector/county population independent of financial year. n < 5 is suppressed; missing domain/activity stays null, unlinked codes excluded. Source presence includes submitted/suspended records and differs from validity. Old snapshots return an empty list. Includes national gross wages (PA103 median, PA111 deciles, PA5335 October gender pay gap), with EMTAK 2008 predecessor uncertainty and same-period national comparisons. Missing source cells stay null; old snapshots return absent/empty wages. Legal-act lists are capped at 10 per group. upcoming_changes separates future laws, bills (not law) and EU deadlines; title-derived matches and universal changes are separate, EU measure detections are not compliance verdicts.
