Get Canadian Consumer Price Index (CPI) inflation measures published by the Bank of Canada Valet API. Returns four monthly series as year-over-year percentage changes: total_cpi_yoy_pct (all-items CPI), core_cpi_yoy_pct (CPI excluding food and energy), cpiw_yoy_pct (CPIW — basket-weight-adjusted measure), cpi_median_yoy_pct (median year-over-year CPI change). Default: 12 most-recent monthly observations (one year). Use start_date/end_date for historical ranges.
