List the change log of the caller's settings, newest first: each level that was set or reset, and each action Well ran under a level (reason `confirmed_action` after the person confirmed it, `acted_alone` when Well ran it without asking). Each row names the key, the namespace (the kind of action for `action_trust`), the value after the event, the value before it, who caused it (`member`, `admin` or `system`) and when. Use it to answer "why does Well act alone for this?", to read how many actions ran under a level, and to show a person what to reset. Only an owner or admin can pass `member_id` to read another member's log. Page with `cursor` from the previous result's `next_cursor`; `limit` is at most 50. When the token authorizes one workspace, call this directly — no workspace call is needed first. When it authorizes several, this read will not guess which one you mean: pass `workspace_id` on the call.
