get_subnet_emission_split_history

Fetch the per-day split of one subnet's emission by recipient class over a 7d, 30d, or 90d window (default 30d): how much went to the owner, to validators, and to miners, plus how many validator and miner UIDs actually earned anything that day. The validator/miner split is MEASURED from the per-UID neuron_daily rows and is exact. The owner leg and every absolute alpha/TAO figure are RECONSTRUCTED: the owner's cut is paid OUTSIDE the UID set, so summing the rows alone yields 82% of the emission rather than all of it, and SubnetOwnerCut is unset on chain so the 18% is a runtime default. Read `field_sources` before quoting an absolute figure, and never present a reconstructed leg as a reading. Mirrors GET /api/v1/subnets/{netuid}/emission-split/history.
