Supports item categories (gift_ideas, likes, dislikes, boundaries, hobbies, allergies, current_problems, questions, and the favourites grid: favourite_books, favourite_media, favourite_tv, favourite_places, favourite_music, quotes) AND the standalone sections introduced under KAN-154 / KAN-181 / KAN-142: pass category="manual_of_me" for the user's working-style notes (now including good_to_know and boundaries), "conversation_starters" for their curated-prompt answers, or "files" for their public file attachments.
