Returns today's total with a regime label (loose / below_normal / normal / tight) measured against nameplate capacity and the 30-day mean, utilization, and the daily history. Pro scope adds the per-terminal breakdown, the measured-vs-estimated split and `movers` — who drove the change versus yesterday. Demo scope returns the same fields, breakdown included, as of a week ago.
