Fetch one BBB newsroom page by a required URL, returning story cards, current result count, and page metadata. The URL is a national newsroom or topic from bbb_news_topics, a regional one (https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/news, https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/news), or one local BBB chapter's newsroom (the news_url from bbb_local_bbbs, returned with local_bbb_id and local_bbb_name). BBB shows a chapter's or city's own stories where the local BBB publishes them and the country list otherwise, so a `total` equal to the country newsroom's means the list is not local. Include page=N in the source URL for pagination: every page returns `total_pages` and `has_more`, so request the next page only while `has_more` is true (a page past the end is a not-found error); event dates and links are retained when listed, and a genuinely empty Events feed returns an empty items array.
