The WAN ledger of a Wanchain address: every WAN in and out, newest first, each line with its signed amount, the counterparty, the transaction, and the address's balance after it. A line the node paid (stake returned, staking reward, settlement overpayment) has a null tx_hash and names the transaction that caused it (cause_tx) and that transaction's on-chain method (cause_method). Amounts are wei strings with the exact decimal WAN beside each. Pages with limit (1 to 100) and cursor (next_cursor from the previous answer); reconcile true also sums the ledger from genesis and compares it with the node balance.
