Deletes one of the account's API keys, by id or by name. Anything that uses the key stops working at once, so the first call deletes nothing: it shows the key (name, scopes, last used) for the user to approve; call again with confirm:true only after their yes. Use it to clean up a key you created for a task that is finished.
