Fleet freshness / what changed across ExchangeRebel since a timestamp: per-service freshness metadata only (as_of stamps and whether each dataset-grade service's data is newer than `since`), each service's changes-op pointer (supported, paid, price, basis, endpoint) mirrored from its own free health envelope, and whitelisted already-free freshness facts. Change COUNTS are returned only for the free Ideas Commons event log; paid services' change counts are part of their paid changes ops and are never republished here. Never returns record contents or paid payloads. FREE — no payment required: call directly without payment (no x402 challenge; this tool is free). HTTP equivalent: GET https://exchangerebel.com/api/freshness.
