Args: category: filter by ai | dev | infra | platform. only_issues: only return services currently degraded or down. limit: max results. Envelope: measured_at = when the freshest status row was last probed (each row's `updated_at`); max_age 300s matches the ~5-min probe cadence, so freshness is honest live/stale. Every value is returned in an Ed25519-signed, provenance-stamped envelope (source and observation time) you can verify offline against /.well-known/keys, no account required.
