Create or recover the secure hosted Moov sandbox onboarding link for one existing Corply payment route. This makes an idempotent provider call after a durable local claim, pre-fills only the canonical legal business name, and asks the founder to complete identity, ownership, underwriting, pricing disclosure, capability, and payout-bank setup directly with Moov.
