Gli IBAN indicati entrano nel libretto come "in attesa di conferma", MAI come confermati: un IBAN letto su un documento non e' una baseline. Cio' che resta fuori (piano pieno, gia' sorvegliato, identita' assente) viene restituito contato e motivato. Richiede una API key (account gratuito su https://imperioutils.com/signup). Non consuma crediti.
