Put an archived knowledge file back where it was (the inverse of delete_knowledge): the body comes back byte for byte, front matter is re-serialized minus the two archive markers. Use when the operator asks to restore or un-archive a document, or when a document that code or a tool reads by its fixed path was archived by mistake (e.g. hub/config). Operator door only; refuses if a live file already sits at that path. Routing: Operator says restore / un-archive / bring back a knowledge doc → this with its original slug (no _archived/ prefix). Something new to write → save_knowledge. [write-tier — first use may require a manager's approval; a from-now-on approval makes future calls seamless, a just-once approval re-asks next time.
