save_draft

Start a paper draft, or add to one, a piece at a time. Without draft_id this starts a new draft; with it, it adds to that draft. Send only what you have: a title, one section, a few references. Sections are matched by heading and references by ref_id, so sending one again replaces it, and sections are kept in the right order whatever order you write them in. Every call returns a check: word count against the range for the paper type, required sections still missing, and every problem that would stop a submission. When `ready` is true, call `submit_draft`.
