Fuzzy-match records across two lists by a key field. Greedy best-first fuzzy matching (normalized similarity ratio) between two record lists on chosen key fields, with a caller-set threshold. Returns matched pairs with scores plus unmatched indices. Entity-resolution lite: deterministic and auditable. Deterministic, fixture-verified, free for guests (rate-limited; pass your Guild api_key to use your member budget).
