One health record per active venue (status, deploy slot, TVL, 24h volume, composite safety score) so an agent can pick a venue in a single call. detail="concise" (default) trims each record to venue/ display_name/status/composite_score (venue is the ID to chain into get_venue_health); "full" adds deploy slot, TVL, 24h volume, uptime.
